I could not be happier. Darren initially installed a unit I had purchased myself which ultimately turned out to be faulty. He then installed the replacement unit which was also faulty leading to me getting a full refund from the supplier (Panasonic). Darren then supplied and installed a Daikin unit for me at a very reasonable price which has been faultless. Friendly, professional and efficient service and a very neat installation. Highly recommended.
